Upon arriving at the designated parking area, guests are asked to present their cruise ticket indicating that the parking service has been purchased. An operator will check the service purchased on the cruise ticket, assist in parking the vehicle and issue a claim check. If the service was not purchased in advance guests will be allowed to park and issued a voucher to make the required payment on board. After parking, guests will be accompanied with their luggage to the terminal passing through the East gate by authorized NCC vans.

MSC Parking is bookable online up to 48 hours before your cruise departure. Bookings after the 48 hour deadline can be made directly with the provider, and the same reduced rates will be applied when presenting your cruise travel documents.
