21.1. Use of this transaction cancellation mechanism will be in accordance with the Israel Consumer Protection Law for tickets that were purchased through the Msc cruises Telephone Service Center in Israel or on the Msccruises.co.il website. Requests for refunds of tickets purchased from travel agents and not through the Telephone Service Center/ Msccruises.co.il website should be addressed to the travel agent.
21.2. Refunds for a cancelled transaction on the website will be possible only for a cruise ticket that was not used at all.
21.3. This is to clarify that the cancellation automatically applies to all passengers on the reservation. Customers interested in cancelling the transaction only for a certain number of passengers listed on one reservation should contact the party from whom the ticket was purchased.
21.4. The cancellation applies to all passengers and services in the reservation. Customers who do not agree to this should contact the party from whom the ticket was purchased.
21.5. Cancellation of the transaction is allowed within 14 days from the transaction date but not less than seven workdays before the date of the cruise departure .
21.6. If these conditions are met, a cancellation fee of 5% of the value of the total price of the ticket or NIS 100, the lesser of the two, will be charged;
21.7. In all other cases, and subject to all laws, the person making the reservation will be charged according to MSC cruises cancellation policy, subject to ticket conditions.
21.8. The refund will be given through the credit card that was used for making the transaction, within 14 days, in accordance with all laws.
Subject to the provisions of the Law, if you purchased tickets in Israel and are a disabled person, senior citizen or new immigrant, as defined by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may cancel your reservation in writing either up to four (4) months after your date of purchase and at least seven (7) business days before your departure date.
