The vouchers were issued to customers who were scheduled to embark on a cruise between 13 June 2025 and 3 July 2025, but were unable to do so due to the temporary closure of Israeli airspace

Terms of Use:

* The voucher is provided as a gesture of goodwill and does not constitute an admission of liability.
* The voucher may be redeemed towards the purchase of any cruise listed in the company’s brochure.
* The voucher is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
* It is valid for new bookings made within 3 months of the issue date, for cruises departing within one year from the original cruise date.
* The new booking must be made through the same travel agent who handled the original reservation.
* Voucher redemption is subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
* The voucher is for **single use only**. Once redeemed, it cannot be canceled or reused.
* If the price of the new booking exceeds that of the original cruise, a payment link will be sent for the difference.
* If the price of the new booking is lower than the original cruise price, no refund or credit will be issued for the difference.
