STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Packages are sold on a per cruise basis and not a per day or any other basis. Pricing applies to each day of the cruise, except for disembarkation day. Once activated on board, packages cannot be terminated or refunded. Packages must be booked by all guests occupying the same cabin, travelling together and wishing to dine at the same table. This includes minors, for whom the Minors Package must. This includes minors, for whom the Minors Package must be booked. Packages are not obligatory for infants under three years of age. The following exclusions apply: tobacco, souvenir glasses, ice cream menu, retail items, minibar, room service and promotions. Other conditions & terms may apply. Beverages and liquors may be substituted based on availability and itinerary. Check FAQ for additional information.

Easy Package

The Easy Package applies to drinks in the Easy Package menu available in all bars, buffets, main dining room, as well as private islands. Beverage gratuities are included. The Easy Package can be used for a maximum of 15 alcoholic beverages per day. Package is not applicable at specialty restaurants, Venchi 1878, Jean-Philippe Maury, the MSC Virtuosa Starship Club, MSC World Europa & America Coffee Emporium, or MSC World Europa Raj Polo Tea Room.

Easy Plus

The Easy Plus Package will no longer available for purchase. It will continue to be honoured onboard for all Guests who purchased it on or before 31 July 2025.

The Easy Plus Package also includes a 10% discount on bottles of wine purchased on board. Beverage gratuities are included. The Easy Plus Package can be used for a maximum of 15 alcoholic beverages per day and can be used at all bars and dining venues on board and on private islands. Not applicable at Venchi 1878, Jean-Philippe Maury, or the MSC Virtuosa Starship Club.

Premium Extra

The Premium Extra Package also includes a 25% discount on bottles of wine and Champagne purchased on board. Beverage gratuities are included. The Premium Extra Package can be used for a maximum of 15 alcoholic beverages per day and can be used at all bars and dining venues on board and on private islands. Not applicable at Venchi 1878, Jean-Philippe Maury, or the MSC Virtuosa Starship Club.

Alcohol Free

The Alcohol-free Package can be used at all bars and in main dining room on board and on private islands. Beverage gratuities are included. Not applicable at specialty restaurants, Venchi 1878, Jean-Philippe Maury, or the MSC Virtuosa Starship Club

Minors

The Minors Package is applicable for minors (age respective of the country/operation area) who are part of a family purchasing an Adult Package. Package can be used at all bars and in main dining room on board and on private islands. Beverage gratuities are included. Not applicable at specialty restaurants, Venchi 1878, Jean-Philippe Maury, or the MSC Virtuosa Starship Club.

FAQ

What happens if I purchased the Easy Plus Package before or on July 31, 2025?2025-07-30T09:37:44+03:00

Guests who purchased the Easy Plus Package on or before July 31, 2025, will still be able to use it as it will continue to be honoured onboard.

However, please note that the Easy Plus Package will no longer be available for purchase, either as a prepaid option or onboard, starting from August 1, 2025, regardless of the booking date.

What happens if I have already purchased an all-inclusive beverage package and I request a date change to a cruise date later than 01 April 2025 ?2024-12-22T09:34:52+02:00

As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we have updated our Beverage Package to include a maximum of 15 alcoholic drinks per day, per guest. This change is designed to promote responsible enjoyment and to enhance the quality of service. Once a guest has consumed 15 drinks within a 24hrs period, measured from 06:00-06:00, they will be able to purchase drinks at the full menu price.

What happens if I want to enjoy a drink not included in my package?2025-07-30T09:35:08+03:00

Yes, upgrading option is available on board to all Guests who purchase alcoholic all-inclusive beverage packages Easy and Premium Extra and who want to enjoy cocktails, spirits and/or wines by the glass that are not included in their package. Guests will pay only the price difference between the package allowance and the à la carte price of ordered drinks. Beverage gratuities will be applied to the price difference for above drinks not included in the package.

New beverage packages will be introduced in April 2025. Guests who purchased a beverage package before December 18, 2024, for cruises sailing from April 2025 onwards, will continue to receive the service associated with their original package. Starting December 18, 2024, only the new beverage packages will be available for purchase for cruises sailing from April 2025 onwards.

The Easy, Premium Extra, Non-Alcoholic, Minors drink packages can be purchased separately. Moreover, the upgrades from Dine & Drink Package are available.

All packages can be used in Buffet Restaurants, main Restaurants and Bars. But only the Premium Extra Package can also be used in the Specialty Restaurants.

Minors package can be consumed in specialty restaurants too if the minor’s family/group purchased the Premium Extra package.

Please be advised that in respect to the Saudi Law, alcohol will not be served during the Calls in Saudi Arabian ports. Alcohol will be available to our guests when the ship sails in International Waters.
