22.1 The Company requires personal information including but without limitation to name, address, gender, citizenship and dietary requirements which may disclose a Passenger\u2019s religious beliefs, any health, medical disability and any other special needs to process the Passenger\u2019s booking effectively. The Company may pass this information on to other relevant individuals such as travel agents, hotels, airlines or other transport providers, security and\/or credit verification companies, credit and debit card companies or any governmental or public authorities, either as required by law or regulation or, if required by other such bodies. The company may also circulate a passenger list to all Passengers prior to the Cruise which will include the names and nationality of each passenger.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

22.2 The passenger hereby gives his consent to the transfer of information as stated above, including to countries whose data protection laws may not provide protection as stipulated in Israeli law, unless the passenger submits his objection to the transfer of the information as stated above, in writing to the company no later than seven days before the scheduled departure date of the cruise<\/span><\/span> the relevant one.<\/span><\/span> It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that the information provided to the company is current and accurate.<\/span><\/span> The company’s data protection policy is defined in the privacy policy incorporated in these terms.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

22.3 Personal information concerning the passenger will be collected, processed, stored and used in a secure manner and in accordance with the relevant data protection laws.<\/span><\/span> The passenger agrees to the collection, processing, storage and use of his personal information, in order to allow the company to carry out the voyage.<\/span><\/span> The foregoing may include providing passenger information to governments, immigration authorities, port control authorities, police authorities, the ship’s flag state authorities and other competent authorities or as required by applicable law.<\/span><\/span> In the event of an emergency, the passenger agrees that the company and the marine carrier will provide personal information to the ship’s doctor, doctors on the relevant coast, relatives of the passenger, the company and the insurers of the marine carrier, as well as to the advisors and insurers of the passenger.<\/span><\/span> The personal data will be kept by the company only as long as it is required or as long as it is required by relevant law.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
